Christmas Break has Arrived!

I'm on winter break ya'll! I finished up my last final paper, turned it in and started reading a book totally unrelated to school.

and it feels so good.

Thanks to everyone for their encouragement on finishing up this semester. I've had such a great past 16 weeks, but a break from school is feeling wonderful!

 Matt and I are enjoying Christmas shopping and visiting with family. It really doesn't get much better.

First night home mom made me an artichoke to indulge in. Yummm!

Parked my butt by the fire place with my book.

Found myself one of the cutest elves (gnome?) around. 

And we decorated our tree with my most favorite ornaments.

How could I not be loving this?
